There are days when I get home and I’m just tired. I don’t want to cook, don’t want to do much at all… and sadly those days happen more than not. And then I turn to either fast food or comfort food. I’ve been trying to stay away from fast food (sooooo hard!), so what did I do today? I turned to one of my favorite quick and easy (and should I say not WW friendly) comfort foods. Cheeseburger Mac – seriously, I love this dish. I’m a huge fan of mac and cheese – from the box – with some hamburger meat added to it. Why do I have to love this so?? And so, what did I do after I ate my cheeseburger mac? I made banana bread… cause that’s healthy… (rolls eyes).
Ever have those days where you do great during the day, then get home and all that watching and point counting goes down the toilet? Yup. That’s me today. I’m going to get this under control. I’m not going to let a few days where I’ve been slipping totally ruin everything. I want to get healthy. I just need to want it more than the easy meals, fast food and my go to comfort foods.
