So I hope you all are having a great Valentine’s day!

This year, both my kids are older and there were no organized exchanging of those cute little valentines.  However, my daughter and I made some for her to pass around to her friends.  They were a big hit at school.  We had only made 30 of them and when she got home she said “Mom, we totally should have made like 50!”   I’m so glad they were a hit.

Using the posts from House on a Hill Road and 24-7-365 as inspiration, Kacie took several pictures with her hands away from her body.

We chose one, played around with it, printed it out and then used a craft knife to cut x’s above and below her hands.

Then we stuck a dumdum sucker through the holes.  I think they turned out cute!

For Mike’s Valentine’s day,  KandraLovesMichael.com has had an overhaul.  I changed the background  & designs, added a word search for lovey words, added a hangman game for things that have to do about us, and kept the random reasons of love too.

This is the home page now.

The Word Search is pretty fun and I think I have about 7 different games on it.

The Hangman is my favorite.  The kids have even been playing it.

And of course, whenever Mike needs a pick me up, he can go here, click F5 and get many many many reasons why I love him so.

It’s not just Mike that goes to this site and refreshes the reasons why I love him.  I’ve caught Kacie on here several times.  And she does the “Awwww!” thing.  It’s so cute and I love that she can see how much her parents, not only loves her and her brother, but each other.

All in all, I’m a lucky gal
