Baby Bibs

I have been stitching up a storm for my new niece to come with the pearl floss I bought via Ebay!  I LOVE this stuff!  My only prob is I haven’t found the right way to store it for me.  If anyone has any ideas, please let me know!

Here are all four baby bibs I have done so far.  Right now, its my plan to only do these four, but one never knows.. I might get the itchin’ for some stichin’!

I’m a geek at heart and will forever be, had to stitch something that will influence River to the dorkier side of life.

I’m a sucker for Robots and Robots that Rock are totally uber-awesome!

The world would be a much cooler place if Ninja’s ruled the world.  And to be a ninja, one must be totally dedicated, might as well start the dedicatin’ at the beginning of one’s life!

Rock on with your hardcore self!  How can anyone resist this absolutely adorable bunny?

These were all stitched with #5 pearl cotton.  The top three bibs came blank from Sublime Stitching. The top two stitched well, it was just a little tough to get through the vinyl.    The one with the yellow border was the hardest to stitch.  It came in the bib kit @ Sublime Stitching with some great patterns – but the patterns weren’t “geeky” enuf for me to stitch for River.  The last one was hard to transfer the pattern, but stitched easily enough.  Bonus for it – came from the Kmart around the corner and was only a dollar!  The patterns come from Urban Threads for a buck a piece.  Didn’t really wanna pay that much, but these four I just couldn’t resist once I saw them!  It also helped that they were also River’s mom’s choice too!

Keep Kraftin’!
